Campus Journalists Celebrates Principal at 54

The Chief Executive/ Principal of Petroleum Training Institute PTI, Prof. Sunny Iyuke who turns 54, has been celebrated by a renowned PTI campus journalist popularly known as The Actualizer's Team (TAT).
The Campus Press Club celebrated the birthday of Principal in grand style with a courtesy visit which saw a beautiful portrait presented to the Prof. as a birthday gift.

The presentation which took place at the principal's office was led by the Grand Patron of the press club and Public Relations Officer of the Institute, Mr. Brown Ukanefimoni with the president of the Press Club, Comrade kimuenu Andrew. Other executives present were  Ofunne Judith, Omovigho Clinton, Umoh Michael, Isaiah Omachi, Ehibor Jeffery, Gilead Chikezie, Abu Ibrahim, Ohwofa Odafe.

They commended the principal for his tireless efforts since his appointment into office,July 24th,2016.
Speaking of the infrastructure and basic amenities in the school hostel,admin block and school  field and also the effort to ensure the Annex entrepreneurship buildings met specifically for entrapreneurship at Osubi starts  functioning, and many more.

The Prof. was applauded, and the wishes to continue in the good work were not excluded as the gift was presented to him.
The principal accepted the gift with words of appreciation and also Unleashed some of his plans to ensure Petroleum Training Institute Effurun, is a better Institute to acquire knowledge in this religion of Nigeria and Africa at large.
He spoke on his agenda of collaborating with the Calgary university in Canada(U-Calgary) to see how these two schools can be affiliated to exchange students and staffs as time goes on. He also mentioned that the Ministry of Education has approved the Institute to issue master of technology which will kick off very soon.
The  54 years old South Africa based professor, advised the young intellectuals to improve on their role of enlightening, educating, and entertaining on Campus and also the nation at large as life doesn't end here on campus.
 He also advised the young reporters to improve the campaign on cleanliness in the environment as well as conserving of energy in order to help generate more funds in developing the Institute. He advised the students never to neglect their primary objectives which is their studies.
It was indeed a real Privilege for the young reporters as they left with smiling faces after been encouraged with the warm words from the principal.
